Banners also MUST NOT be annoying to the users. For example:
a banner ad with very bright flashing colors is NOT ALLOWED.
.GIF or .JPG banners cannot be mostly text banners, or have any browser looking funtions.

Banners must look professional. Banners must not take away from the appearance of our website.
